Monte Fino Echo 85 – launch and sea trial

The new Monte Fino Echo 85 was launched and had her first sea trial yesterday – 7th November 2012.

The exciting new 85’ ecHo project has been under construction at Monte Fino’s newly expanded state of the art production facility in Taiwan. Her next generation engines and equipment featuring advanced technology provide excellent fuel efficiency and quiet running.

The resulting design exudes an explorer-style approach, with great dedication having been applied towards producing a very significant addition to the Monte Fino family. An extensive CFD and tank testing program was undertaken to ensure optimum efficiency through both the displacement and semi-displacement speed regimes.
